Lovett

Thought I'd share another poem: "Lovett"By:  Jennifer Neal (copyrighted Jennifer Neal 2009)  I've named you Lovettbecause there are timeswhen you cause me so much painso much heartbreakso much miseryBut then I remember that you are a part of mefrom that I cannot hideI can runbut you always remind mebecause you're deep insideso I learn to love youmy dearest, Lovettno matter how hard it isI adore you unconditionallyno matter what you doI love youthat which we have grown to hatefrom our own selves that we cannot escapeI learn to love itand let it goI love you, Lovettand you'll always know  This poem is about my polycystic kidney disease...I used to say the cysts on my kidneys were alien babies ;) .... then I just named it one giant baby...and his name is Lovett. :)
