love myself

I finally figured it out for myself.  I can no longer expect anything from my family in the way of positive attention.  Therefore I will have to depend on myself for the nice little extras in life.  You know what I mean, the you did wonderful today or what you think of this I may be resorting to conversations with my cat.  My main objective is. to love myself as I would another person.
