WELL I NOW HAVE TERRIBLE BALANCE CONTROL. WENT TO MY OLD NEUROLOGIST...SHE RAN TEST AND WAS CONFUSED BY MY TEST. SHE DECIDED TO SEND ME TO UofL NEUROLOGIST DOCTORS.. WELL THEY FOUND WHAT WAS THE ISSUE, HOWEVER 4 YEARS AGO MY MRI STATED I HAD A CYST IN MY SPINE. EACH NEUROLOGIST I SAW 2 IN FL AND MINE HERE ONE BEING MAYO CLINIC THE OTHER BEINF UofF. DISMISSED WHEN I QUESTIONED AND MY SURGEON HERE(HUMM) SHOULD I SUE. IN LOUISVILLE THEY VIEW THE MRI DIFFERENT WAY...WELL, INDEED THE MRI I HAVE HAD FOR 4 YEARS I HAVE A CYST OR TUMOR IN MY SPINE AND NOW SYMPTOMS BEING WORSE I WILL BE SEEING A SURGEON TO DISCUSS WHAT TO DO...SURGERY IS THE ANSWER. AT LEAST I AM NOT PARALYZED BUT GETTING THERE. THANKFUL THEY FOUND THE ANSWER FOR ALL MY PAIN. SO 4 YEARS THIS HAS BEEN REPORTED.....NOW DO I SUE????

OH dear! It is so frustrating when we know something is wrong...a doctor even says so...and yet other doctors say no. Good grief! All I can really say about whether or not to sue, is to follow your heart and gather as much info as you can and I'm sure you'll make the best decision for yourself.
I am so glad you finally have some real answers and I pray some real results soon. I'm sorry you're facing surgery, but it sounds like this will be what fixes the problem, so that's a good thing.
