Lots to do
Today I had to go to the store, three of them, and it was a lot of walking. My legs held up and I made it through. It's a relief to be able to say that. The worst part is that I don't have a pair of sneakers to wear and I need a new pair. Wearing my Doc Marten shoes to 3 stores is quite a lot of stress on my legs and feet.
My husband is out of town and one of my son's therapists is out of town this week, so it's back to all on Mama. I pray I will not have a massive pain flare or anything like that.
I have a lot of pain and swelling in my hands. The right hand is the worst.
I've got five or six baskets of laundry to fold but I can't do it. My arms and hands hurt too much to put them through it. Just going to do the best I can and try to find my way through it.

Try to stay positive. Instead of thinking what you can\'t do focus only on what you can.
Thank you for that reminder! I definitely need to focus on the CAN and not the can\'t. Plus, I have 2 teenage daughters that are fully capable to do many of the things that have become difficult for me, so I am blessed. The trick with them is giving them sufficient motivation to do what needs to be done. ;-)
