LOTS OF PAIN - HURT MY NECK FROM heavy purse?//BETHR AND EVELYN CONTINUED

LOTS OF PAIN!!  hurt my neck from heavy purse (and sleeping wrong - but the heavy purse is making it IMPOSSIBLE to heal, i'm re-aggravating it).  doctor says if i don't get a smaller purse, its never going to heal.
using menthol muscle rub on it and one advil as pain reliever.   went to the town shops and picked up a small purse.  didn't switch yet.  i can also just empty the one i have, but there is temptation to fill a larger purse back up.  not good.  the new one is very tiny and almost identical black.  so back to SMALL purse and carrying a briefcase of sorts.  grrrrr.  i am also back to a t-strap bra which i always preferred anyway.  i also think that if i would bother to hook up the new water heater and go back to daily hot soaks, that would also help - our water as it is isn't warm enough to make a difference, and i barely remember to go to timeshare to use the jacuzzi, (though the jacuzzi would probably help the most).  i have heard the heavy weight on one's shoulders can do permanent damage to the vertebrae.  hope its not true.  i still think i slept wrong...my doctor called and they ordered all this crap without my permission.  the woman on the phone sounded really nervous.  lol.
i finished my first round of fungal pill.  must have worked better than i thought because as soon as i stopped it, the nail i thought was NOT responding actually got worse.  grrrr.
the spider bite (i think) that i happened sunday, the blister part went down and now there is a scab.  i'm having quite a time of it.
the fungal pill is the same price in the animal catalog as it is through the doctor.  will need to look up proper dosage and administration just in case.  a merck manual or pdr should have that.
the stuff with bethr and evelyn is on my mind (finally i guess), bethr used to say about her father, that he doesn't do anything wrong its all her mother and evelyn would yell at her and say its not true - evelyn claimed BOTH of beth's parents were bad, the father was just a milder version of beth's mother.  what a mess.
beth's parents had been together since childhood and had the same father, different mother's so spent every weekend together.  on paper they weren't related, but in real life they were related.  with today's dna laws, they wouldn't have married and as it was, the entire family did know and was up in arms about it - so they weren't on speaking terms with any of their own family.  wow!   (they warned them the kids couldn't possibly be normal, especially because of dna markers that are identical cause disease, like the same problem with amish people marrying so close and are also alllll related and so many die as children).
can't believe it took alllll these years for me to comprehend the stuff about beth's parents when it was talked about and happening right around me.  so many things happen like that - part of me must KNOW though because i'm such a big avoider when anything gets complicated or dramatic, i just drop out of sight completely.  lol.   i have been avoiding all those people for years.  wouldn't even have been brought to the fore if it weren't for internet.  or my cousin would say, she would want to see evelyn and evelyn's mother (the father died way back then), but not beth's family.  not because of BETH, just because beth was still in touch with her family and her family is evil.  wth?  figures if beth's mother knows the evil step from the northeast she must be evil as well.  lol.

When I was in school, I always carried around a heavy backpack, and I always had it slung over just one shoulder, as was the style. I started getting back problems by my senior year. In my theatre classes, we learned about the Alexander Technique, and proper posture and all of that (though I was a lousy student at it all), and my professor noticed the pain I was having. When I told him I carry a backpack, he said, \"Are you trying to injure yourself??\" So, yeah....a heavy bag can cause big problems for your neck, shoulders, and back. Hope your new purse works out! *HUGS*

you know i forgot about the backpack thing! ME TOO! and people always insisted that ultimately it would do damage to the vertebrae, wonder if its from years of doing that, instead of just a purse that i don\'t walk around with as much? forgot all about the backpack thing!
