lots of news
Well folks last month of treatment. I've kicked a really REALLY bad habit that has had an incredble effect on my health and mental well being. I had been smoking "spice" thinking it was no worse than weed but legal (sorta). VERY BAD mistake. Since I've stopped that habit my emotional well being has exploded. Depression has gone away. Health and mental function is way better. Weed would be a better choice but unacceptable in the workplace. I've learned that I don't have to abuse my body to enjoy life. I lied to myself about this. I told myself it helped me sleep (passing out isn't quite the same thing as sleep is it???) I told myself it helped me eat (it didn't, since I stopped I haven't been able to gain weight back but I haven't lost any more either, I eat a whole lot more and a whole lot better!)

I never really had a problem with alcohol, it is self limiting. I hate the hangovers. Plus since I started this treatment I haven't had ANY alcohol. I drink a O'doul's when I feel the urge for the taste of a beer. I'm OK with that surprisingly. I may never drink again. I was pretty much a social drinker and almost never drank alcohol when by myself and I really don't miss it. It's quite a surprise to my hunting buddies. I used to drink pretty heavily at the lease, now I don't drink at all. I did tell them about the treatment (it's pretty hard to cover up losing 70# with no explanation!). The first round knocked the hell out of my weight. This round early on was very bad with nausea but that has passed. So this week I go get a blood test. Last month I took one but they botched it so no result. Total incompetence. They have no record of my even being there.
That is it for now! Good luck out there!

Phew!!! thank God you stopped....My daughter\'s ex-fiancee was doing that and tried to kill her one night in her sleep....Took 5 police officers to get him in the policecar........He was smoking spices, etc.
He flipped out and now has a felony on his record for attacking 2 police officers.......He wanted to use the spices instead of pot also.....
it messed him up....
that shit is HIGHLY addictive. Weed is much safer IMHO. I will never do it again. I flipped out at the lease. Highly embarrassing plus hurt my knee and my face. Don\'t remember much of it. Haven\'t touched it since.
Start the Clock!!! Last Harvoni just went down the hatch. Lost my job last day of the year and I am ambivalent (I knew it was gonna happen just glad I got my HCV treatment paid for!) Blood test three weeks ago normal enzymes no virus. Oddly enough out of the blue a recruiter I\'ve talked to before called me last week I sent him a fresh resume targeted to the job description he sent me and I got an interview Monday. Looks like one door closes another might be opening up. Took 9 months last time to get another gig but I had a lot of personal problems including depression and Spice smoking that I am free of. I am positive on life and I have totally embraced SOBRIETY. Life is sweet. I hope all of you have as serene an outlook as I do! Good luck y\'all! the twelve week countdown begins NOW. Last time around (sovaldi/riba) the virus came back within 6 weeks, my body knew and I heard it before even taking the blood test. This time I hope for better results. Last time I was told 80-20 this time Dr. G says 95-5 odds. SO onward into the storm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Happy New Year. I wish I had a beer but Dr. G said ABSOLUTELY NOT! I can wait twelve weeks and either celebrate or drown my sorrow as applicable!
