Lot's of Pain
Hi everyone,just wondering if someone on here with copd have had sore lungs and ribs too?Lately my ribs and up around the top part of my lungs have been really sore when I breathe in.I'm making a doc's appointment on Monday to go get checked....In the mean time can someone that have had this contact me????

My husband is the one who has COPD and I\'m the one who is forever reading about it. But if it helps any, I have read about strengthing the chest to make it easier for breathing. I see you have a little bundle there, maybe lifting might be causing some pain. Just guessing here, wish I could tell you more, do go see your doctor. Heidi

Many folks here get pluresy or costrocondritis, esp. after an exacerbation. Generally if its one of those, it hurts to even push on your ribs. Have you been sick lately?
