Lot on my mind

I had another talk with my stepdad last night. He helps me see how my future is going to be. I was talking to him about how I want to get my Masters when I'm feeling better, and he pointed out some things. Like how I would be about 35 years old when I got my Masters (give or take some years... I'm 28 now, have to recover and then go back to raise my undergrad GPA, and then go to grad school) and I would be heavily discriminated against not only because of my age, but also because of my disability and past. The economy might be better then, it might not. Either way, there are going to be a bunch of people who have the same degree as I do, who are younger. It's hard news, but it's something I have to consider.
I'm still dealing with migraines on a daily basis and last night I didn't sleep that well. When I was at my moms, I slept on my back sometimes because the pillows were really low and I could do that, and I've been waking up on my back with my neck strained and a migraine since I've been home. I normally sleep on my side, so I have a couple pillows to keep my head up higher, and if I plan on sleeping on my back, I take out one of the two pillows. It's just been that I switch between my side and my back in the middle of the night when I'm sleeping and I don't switch out the pillows that causes the problem. The migraines are also because I'm due to get my period at any time now.
I'm still getting dizzy and nauseated a lot... I went to the store today, and almost collapsed when I got home. I pretty much dumped my luggage on my bed to empty out my suitcase to go to the store, and so when I go to the room tonight I have a ton of clothes to deal with. I use my rolling suitcase when I take the bus to the store, since I have to carry home heavy things like milk. For some reason, I've broken out in hives on my arms again. They are pretty small, but bigger than I normally get them (maybe a millimeter in diameter, and totally clear).
Okay, I got to go and take care of all the stuff on my bed so I can sleep. ((hugs)) to all!

sorry you are still getting migraines.. maybe you should talk to the doctor about taking something for them.. i know they can take so much out of you.. and then not sleeping can also make it difficult.. i hope you feel better soon. hugs .love marie

I\'m pretty sure the migraines are linked to the PMS. I do have some prescriptions my doctor gave me I can take for them, but since I don\'t have insurance I\'m using Excedrin Migraine as much as I can to save the strong meds for when I really need them.
