Lost and confused

I don't know how much more I can take. I am so tired of trying to do everything by myself.  I take care of my granddaughter and the house. I wash everyone's clothes while everyone else sits on their butts.  For two days I have been taking care of my granddaughter who is sick and haven't had time for anything else. Yet no one in this house has lifted a finger to help. I understand that my sons foot is broken but there's nothing wrong with my daughter that she can't get up and help clean the house.  It's not like she gets up to feed her daughter at 3 a.m or be out of bed around 7 or 8 every morning to get up with her. I do that. So the house is a mess and I'm going to have to spend the day tomorrow cleaning it.
