Lost 5.4 kilos or 10 pounds already

It's only been 9 days, that I was diagnosed with diabetes&already lost at least 4 pounds of water& 6 pounds of fat.Who would have known that being diabeticwould make me lose weight so quickly.I feel much better,now that I know what the problem was all these years.Since one year post treatment, I've been going through an inventory of my health.&My doctor tells me now, that I noticed that I had signs of diabetes,that he had no checked me for that in almost 3 years.DuhLike this whole time,here I am sick all the time.No strenght, weak, tired, fatigue, dizzy, thirsty,and now that it was so obvious to me that it was indeed diabetes,I asked him for a blood test requisitiononly to find out that my blood levelis over the roof.Here in Canada, the normal blood level is, betwen 4 & 6.My fasting test was at 19,2Imagine, I have been walking around with a high sugar level for years now.No bloody wonder I was so sick.Since a few months ago, I had been praying to God,to help me lose weight.So I started drinking water like it was going out of style, so that's when I realised, I must be diabetic.Now I am on 2 pills a day, and have to check my blood at least 4 times a day.Until I get used to what makes it high, in order to maintain a normal level.As of yesterday, I am in the range of 8 - 9which is good for a person who as been over 15 - 20 for years now.On July 1st, I need to go see him again, will take a new fasting test, one week before,this is when we will decide if I stay on 2 pills a dayor go on insulin.But, but butI am not going on insulin, no bloody way.If I stay on this strict diet,  &exercise every day, like I've been doing since diagnosed.I will be able to maintain the normal level.I can even reverse it, at one point,If it is possible for someone without a gall bladder.Since I no longer have mine.So this is a question I need to ask.Type 2 diabetes is reversable.Thank God.By the way, Just to show you, God has answered my prayers one more time.He does Work IN Mysterious Ways.Bless you all, friends.& Thank you to all who are there for me in this new questto kill this Demon. ThanksMckenzieone day at the time.xo
