I found the love of my life a little over 2 years ago. We were engaged 6 months before I lost him suddenly. I never dreamed my world could be turned upside down so quickly. I am hurting, confused, and scared.

I am so sorry for your loss. You were cheated out of so many plans for the future. My husband and I shared more time before he left. Yet I felt cheated too. I hope you find the comfort and support I found here. Sharon
My first husband was a carpenter and fell off the roof in 1978 i was expecting our second child..he was 20 i was 21....since the death of my second husband now 8 months ago after a lengthy illness I have no problem remembering the grief of my first husbands passing..it takes around a couple of years..but everyone is different but just a rule of thumb..if that makes sense..I did not have this support in 78 but i also had parents then too who are long gone ,and now we have each other so we can vent cry and acknowledge our progress back into the human race...Scary stuff...But so happy i have this place where i think i am not as weird as i thought...:) Hugs and love to you ..
