Losing it

i can not understand this horrible feeling. Feel like I am totally losing it and don't know how to stop it. Does this year seem bad for others. I wake up anxious. I stay anxious all day. Maybe I just need a Big CRY

My dear friend, sometimes it is good to have a BIG cry, and get all your bottled up emotions out of your system. You are hurting really bad, and this month only makes it all much harder to deal with. Take some \"me time\", try to relax and spoil yourself a little. Be gentle and kind to yourself, and remember to take one baby step at a time.

Big hugs to you! xxx

Oh Sandi, of course you feel badly, not only because of deeply missing your dear Ken during the holidays but especially because of his approaching Angel Day. So go ahead and have that big cry whenever and wherever you feel the need. I find that those big cries are so cleansing both emotionally and physically.
Please try to relax, breathe deeply and just flow with the moment.

With love and tight understanding hug,
Diane

This is a bad year for me also. The stuff I am dealing with around hubby and the Angel date on its way. I do feel so overwhelmed, I will cry at a drop of a hat. It is a short cry but who knows....
Sending tight hugs

Crying is needed and such a good release and I hope you can just let those tears flow when you need to.

I\'m sorry that this is such a hard time, Sandi, and hope that you feel understood and lovingly cared for. Some extra TLC will go a long way and maybe you just need to ask for what you need from family and friends. I know that we should not have to do it, but I have found that there are times shedding some clarity on how I am feeling is necessary for others to at least try to understand in the ways that they can. I\'m sure you have tried this again and again, yet never stop putting it out there.

Gentle care and just this moment and day...

Heartfelt (((hugs)))

Oh my dear Sandi. Year 5 is the craps. The only thing that keeps me from falling in to the black hole is my little remaining family and friends. I get that sick feeling in my stomach when I think too much.
I am so sorry about the anxiety. I wish I had a magic solution. I get occasional panic attacks but they are fewer now. But there are times when I have to yell and scream and throw things (pillows) to get rid of the pent up rage.
Please take care of yourself. You are needed. As Joanie said, I hope you have loving people around you who support you. And if you need to spell it out, so be it,
We are together during this fragile time of year.
Love and tight hugs,
Marlene

I don\'t think the years matter at least not to me. The numbness will be forever. Just trying to get through it with some peace. Love to you, Kathy
