Losing Everything
I found out about a hour ago that my parents only have $6.76 in the bank account. We have 4 days to pay off the morgage on the house or we are gonna lose it. We might alo lose our Camper and our car. I am scared.
All because of my dads ex-business partner!!

My family does. I just do think they are gonna ask for help. I can't control what my parents do but I hope they do the right thing soon.
What do your parents have planned to do about it? Is it possible to pay the mortgage?

I don't know if it is possible. My dad has been working ALL day and so is my step-mom and they still don't have much money.

I have no idea.
They might be able to call the mortgage company and explain their having financial difficulties right now. See what they say. It's worth a try.
Or ask family is another option.

I'm very sorry to hear this. I don't know their financial history, but mortgage forbearance or modification may be an option. Lenders will sometimes suspend mortgage payments for a few months based on a temporary financial hardship, and design a repayment plan for the missed payments down the line. Refinancing (assuming their credit is good enough) could be another option for them to have a lower monthly payment. Hopefully, your parents will be proactive and reach out to their lender.
