Lord help us now!!!

 
Well 3 out of the 4 big kids have called us tonight.
 
Son is moving back in on Sunday with the stipulation that he and his gf WILL find work
somewhere doing something!!  The only good thing is that I will get to see the baby more.
 
Hubby's two daughters have both called as well. The youngest is at the hospital with some
health issues. Supposedly, she might have a "twisted ovary" but who knows since she is not
the sharpest tack in the box. We won't even talk about her husband.
 
Then the oldest called wanting to make certain that Dad knew that the younger one was in
hospital. She kind of talked for 10 minutes to her daughter. She then disappeared on the
phone so we ended up hanging up on her. Figure she  wants to talk, she can call back. She
hasn't called back tonight. The scary thing is that she doesn't have her own kids but yet
someone is letting her watch theirs!!
 
The only big kid we have not heard from tonight is my daughter. Hmmm...maybe because
she is the only one who kind of half way has her life together!!!!
 
So today went some better until the phone calls started this evening. We fixed a good supper
and hubby went and got us all malts for a surprise dessert treat tonight.
 
So hubby & I need to enjoy tonight and tomorrow while we can. Father's Day weekend is not
looking like it is going to be nice and quiet.
