Loosing my religion

I have been loosing my religion a lot lately. So with that usually goes my peace of mind. I have not been running as much because of fatigue. I am feeling better and I think I will begain again. Running keeps me from obsessing as much and keeps me more focused. It has been too hot to run during the day so I will have to run early in the morning. I have to go get something to eat right now. I will come back and write more later................. Thanks eveyone for your encouragement. I feel the same about religion or should I say I put no stock in it. I really meant I have not kept my peace and have been angry at times and let my emotions rule parts of my days and nights. I got some stuff off my chest tonight that has bothered me for a long time.

hi morpheus, i\'ve been walking in the early morning and late evening. it\'s hot here too. have you always gone to church, or is this recent? i grew up in church but now find peace in buddhism and love the ways the pantheist think...God is everywhere, every moment, in every wind, every breath, every leaf, flower, every moment. God is part of the matrix and we\'re part of that same matrix. even if you tried to leave God, you can\'t. He/She is part of your soul, your body, every cell in your body.

For me, religion makes God seem less somehow. But it\'s a great place to connect with other people and feel loved and nurtured and part of entire whole of life.

hope i\'m not boring you...

hello my brother don\'t worry Christianity is not a reigion its the relationship with God. Religion is man reaching out to God. Jesus is God reaching out to man.
Peace to you Jay

Hello my dear friend,
Sorry the fatigue and temperature is disrupting your running sessions.
If your a morning person well it would be a good idea to do so in the am.
Cause it does keep a person focus to do what they love to do on a regular basis.
I have been trying to push myself to get out more, I\'m afraid being housebound, is taking it\'s toll on me lately.
Before I thought and truly believed that I wasn\'t depress that I loved being at home, in my comfort zone, but lately I am getting little panic attacks.
I quckly try to calm myself, before they become full blown but it\'s happening again.
I feel it coming again, and it scares me.
So I\'m going out more, like today I left at 10am and only came back at 7pm.
Have some shopping to do, and my 16 yr old and I went to the licence bureau for an appointment for her drivers permit, and we didn\'t need an appointment but I had not brought her ID\'s and proof of address, ect... so we can go anytime now.
So it did me good, and tonight she\'s home with me, this helps also.
At that age they are always with friends, it\'s as if I have lost her, but not.......
As for your fatigue Matt, see your doctor for this new remedy for extreme fatigue, it\'s called, Provigil, apparently it does wonders for those who went thru a chemo treatment like us...
It\'s prescribed only, so you need to see your PCP.
I didn\'t try them but a few here are on them and they do help.
Maybe in time I will, if I continue my journey on being more active, I will need them cause, right now the extreme fatigue is a big issue for me since treatment.
I hope you get back on track and when you feel up to it, drop me a line.
I haven\'t been to myspace in ages, I am so busy here with everyone on tx, or post tx, I try to be there for everyone, but today it did a world of difference not being on the computer all day.
OK hun now YOU take care of YOU.
Sending a gentle hug from Canada.
Mckenzie one day at the time.
