Looking at donor egg websites
My clinic reccommended two companies that they work with for eggs. I did go to both websites and found some beautiful girls on each. Although I have never done it before, I must be similar to the dating websites.
Some of the donors have donated in the past, some have not. What would be the pro's and con's of either?
The success rates are around the 75% range with a donated egg. I wonder what happens if i fell into the 25% that were not successful? I wonder what I could be doing today that would improve my chances of a successful pregnanacy?

I don\'t know why, but something keeps telling me to send you this link of a place in the bay area. It may be nothing, but I\'m sending it anyhow. They\'ve had great success with women over 40 and the dr can at least look at your case. http://www.goivf.com/home.php4 They do donor eggs as well. I know you\'re in HI but I figured it wouldn\'t hurt to send the info.
Good luck!
Gosh, that is the million dollar question isnt it? I have done so much studying on this and my RE shoots it all down. If you do a search its called \"uterine receptivity\" and the uterus does have to be receptive of an embryo. They dont exactly know the hows and whys yet. One Israeli study found improved implantation following uterine biopsy (that study is under the news section of the IVF mommies group). Some clinics measure uterine blood pressure (CCRM in Colorado) and acupuncture claims to help uterine blood flow (as many studies refute its success as support). Some REs have women take baby aspirin to decrease clotting and increase receptivity (my RE is strongly opposed to this). Most REs believe if the embryo doesnt stick its because it wasnt viable. My RE said a strong embie will attach itself to anything. If you find out anything, please share, Id LOVE to know the answer to this!
melcheese- Great website! Have you had direct experience with zfc? I would be interested to know!
AlicatG- Have you tried accupuncture?
Thanks for your replies!
