Look At it SNOW!
By golly... I looked out the window dis moanin a t around 2 am... and it's snowin and blowin like all get out... So I go snuggle up under the blanky with doggy... she's like my feet warmer upper... (rolls them brown eyes at me like.. dang ya feet are cold...) Okay round 5 am... I'm up makin like a coffee pot... since my old mister coffee had a stroke...I was gonna do open pot surgery... but it was stone cold... spitt it's last drop of Folgers and croaked... Oh gosh... Well I boil some water on the stove... put the coffee in the cup thingy with a filter... add the hot water and Wa..La... theres folgers in my cup... so after a cup... I open the back door and Pucky she like sticks her nose out the threshold... sniffs the air and high tails it back under the blankey..( I aint peein that that..)Din I get my boy up... so he can shovel some snow... he like why... it's still snowin... GO.... Please...make a showin... so we dont get an eviction notice.... OKAY....?He make out like he shovel a llittle snow here and a little snow there... Pucky is sittin in the window barkin at him cause she can hear him grumblin outside as he scrappes off he stepps...ten foot of side walk or so and he done... stick a fork in it... yepp...Now he off to do some community work... and me I'm here.... enjoyin the nice quiet moment before he gets back home... then the tv be on... he be on the computer.. and playin his DS at the same time... he calls it multi-taskin...me I call it stupid... then again I'm like a grummpy old fart most the time... rest the time I'm appolizing to him for being a grummpy old man... he just grins... I'm feelin a little moody lately... course I had to go and get my back out... and I aint no good when I get down in the back... on the pain scale I"m ringin the big 10 bell yepp all the way up.... (ding ding ding ding...) crazy aint it.... then I got the chronic pain on top that... hahaha and I want to find a girlfriend... dang someone must of dropped me on my head when I was a kid... So well I'm gonna go and toss the doggy out in the snow... and hope I can find her before she becomes a popcycle... aka chilly dog... where she go...?OH looks like a snow mole... I see a brown spot... yepp that's my pucky dog... Later friends... best wishes Russ

Well gee.. Doggy told me I was plum crazy if ya thing play-n snow mole was fun.....she said she rather chase snow balls... mister squirrel... and flirt with the neighbors doggy... yeah he\'s cute.. so I\'ve been on and off this thing all day...

Hey Russ isn\'t all this snow FUN! More coming this weekend. Did you get everything straight so you do not have to move in the spring?
Do you have any hobbies to keep you busy in the winter? I just got a scroll saw to play with. Making useless doo-dads or as Hubby calls it designer firewood, as it mostly goes into the firebox.

I don\'t know Russ the snow here is ice. The weather is frightful and the wind makes it unbearable. The temp is 27 with ocean winds with a little nw winds as well makes it about 0. Yeah I feel icky because I have bronchitis and am on those wonderful antibiotics plus all other meds. Yet somehow whining and complaining never seems to get me any further then whining and complaining. I have been to busy today and now it\'s 11 am and ready for a snooze look like shit even after a shower. Oh well that\'s enough of that. Have a great day and if the sun\'s out say thank god it\'s not snowing. Marg
Oh I had a scrol saw... I made toy trucks and airplanes... couple fishes... a end table with dolphin for feet...kitty\'s to decrate Armore\'...book shelfs and enterainment centers...oh yeah lots and lots of designer fire wood lol... take care watch them fingers... russ
Hey there my friend! Stopped by to catch up on your journals and I didn\'t have as many to catch up on, seem to be missing some days. Sorry to see the horrible face still on your page :( I must say I can\'t blame your doggy for not wanting to go outside it has been awful!! I don\'t want to get out either! lol We didn\'t get snow on this day we were under an ice storm warning and that we got! It was kids last day before their holiday break and they got to have an ice day. It was also the day I turned another year older. It sure has been cold the last couple days though and that wind...WOW been -21 here...BRRRRR and that sure doesn\'t help with the pain. Sure hope yours lightens up some for you, I agree hard not to be grumpy when you are in so much pain! My heart goes out to you and I hope to see that red face turn into a happier face soon! I am happy to see you have been making many more friends while I have been away. Nice to see that humor coming back out into some of your journals as well. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas. It is hard to believe we are yet coming upon another new year already and I want to thank you for your friendship you have given me this year and may we still be friends in the years to come!
