Look Up
Look up in the sky! It's a bird! It's a plane! It's a flying parachute.....Seriously. I saw one today. I mean a flying parachute. Thought I was seeing things at first, but there it was, as clear as day.
Made me think of my childhood when you knew every little invention on earth. We could recognize every electronic item. But now you see things and wonder, what is it? Same with TV. We all knew there was no shoe phone and none of that James Bond stuff was real. Now, go see a James Bond film and you wonder, is it real? Can we really do this? Last I heard the James Bond producers had given up on making futuristic stuff and decided to focus on the plot. Goodbye Q.
Back to the flying helicopter. I spent a few minutes(I'm lying here) trying to find a picture of the contraption on line. I tried "flying man, flying without a plane, flying...flying...etc, etc. And finally I found it.

IOW, I ain't crazy.
But why would someone get in this thing? People can barely walk without bumping into each other. And how would a cop every catch a speeding parachute...mmmm....I'm trying to picture this 'cause I got my first almost speeding ticket this morning.
