Long time
Hello Journal, It's been a while since I used you. Sorry for ignoring you....I actually forgot you were here.
Physically, things have gotten worse. Pain, cramping, RX usage/tolerance. Although there is hope, I am feeling kind of hopeless. None of these doctors take the time to listen or get involved. They dish out meds and don't warn you about the consequences. IE: horrible withdraw from Trazodone and Ambien. I really want to find something that isn't so dangerous to help me sleep.

your journal is glad to hear from you and very sorry you are being treated so..hang in there and keep asking your dr and pharmacist questions till they pay attention
I only wish you had a doctor that listened to you and realized that it\'s not always about a prescription shoved down our throats!! Special hugs for you!
