Long Day
Just got back from the ER. I ended up really cutting and needed stitches. I'm really dissappointed in myself right now and just feel like crying and taking enough meds to guarantee that I sleep through the night...and then some. At least the student doc doing my stitches was a sweetie and good looking. The whole ER is completely different from last time I was there over a year ago. It's been totally renovated and it's nice but confusing.
I had appointment with podiatrist earlier. They decided to wait on treating until the area with the allergic reaction heals up more.
I went to my insurance company to try and get reimbersed for last session and it was a whole big problem because the form had the wrong persons name on it. I broke down crying though and the lady made an exception and put it through. My anxiety went off the wall after that. I had to take a clonazepam at the mall just to get the things done that I needed to do. Then I got home and totally freaked out.
I didn't end up talking to psych there...i wasn't even given the option. I didn't feel I needed to at the time anyway...but now I'm kinda wishing I asked. Guess I'll just see how tonight goes...medicate...and see what tomorrow brings. I can always call my psychiatrist and/or psychologist tomorrow.
I'm gonna go...writing is actually upsetting me more right now. Just need to take something...put in a movie...and numb my brain. I don't want to be struggling with this again.
