Living one day at a time

Hi everyone my life has changed in so many ways i was diagnosed with SLE Sjogrens and psoriatic arthritis mctd and Raynauds Barretts of the esophagus and more, I'm a 49 year old man i started having symptoms in my early twenties but brushed it off as just over doing it, i started having problems in 2005 my hands and feet would turn white then dark blue and i would feel so tired so my family physician made me a appointment with the Rumatalagest and that's when i was diagnosed with SLE Sjogrens, as time went on i found i had more to add too my life MCTD and more so my jurney is to find out more about the diseases and why they overlap one another and research as much as possible.
