Liver biopsy results in!!

Hello- I finally got the results from my liver biopsy. I'm happy to say that I'm stage 1, grade 1.My doctor said that she doesn't recommend treatment at this time, however she would support me if I did want to go through it. I've opted not to at this time. She told me that we would check my liver functions every 6 months and as long as they remain normal I would go for another biopsy in 5 years to see if there is any progression in liver damage. I'm trilled!! I will continue to maintain my healthy lifestyle and take supplements to support my immune system and liver. I'm so grateful that I am in a stage that I can manage this without suffering through the pain of Tx. My hat goes off to all of you that are dealing with TX.  Lisa
