Little patches of AF
Has some little clusters of AF last week or so. Took the 50mg for the first time and that worked. Prob should take an extra dose now. When I was lying in bed and lay on my back I felt it go out for 20s or so. Sat up and coughed and all ok, just fast (prob the worry)
Have taken 2 x CaMg and a MgPhos cellsalts tab.

Tension in Upper back, woke with heart slow and out of rhythm for a few minutes, sat up, then v fast for 2 mins then fine. Sigh
Sat morning 6am woke with fast beat, tried cough and bearing down to get it back in but instead had thick heavy wild beating heart. Felt panicked, afraid, called to Peter, already awake. Freya away for the night. 2 days before period. Was the same last time in March on way to concert with Peter. Lat time it happened while driving. A first. Took extra 50 mg then the usual 100mg and reverted after 20 mins. Phew. Then today Sunday, period slowly coming. went out for 20 s when on the computer this am. softer going out. Lying in bed feel the panic starting and can\'t sleep. HEre I cam. Grateful for this forum
