little more done

My Ex was visiting our son and was nice enough to fold clothes, pick up garbage and clean the cupboard.  BUT I really wish he would just help make my son do it.  He also moved everything back into the kitchen so I could redo the living room.  I just ripped up a small area that had not been done before. I am taking a break. I asked my son to vacuum. I know that will not happen but I did just get him to pick up his dog's accident.  We have new neighbors with tons of small kids.   I just had them all help me pick up the walnuts in the back yard.  I only had coins so they all got a bunch of coins.  The little ones (maybe 4yrs) acted like it was an easter egg hunt and were having a great time.    After this little break I will vacuum and then reseal the floor and then my teenage daughter wants to paint the living room.
