Unfortunately, there's no real easy solution - particularly if you would like to still do it, but I really do have a couple of tips to make your submission and exchange life easier.

There's nothing like finding your particular class, spending an afternoon finding directories and then publishing your site. It's a lot of work before you even get to the submission process, and by then exhaustion sets in, as well as being discouraged
