Lisa's Angel Date

I made it through Lisa's first Angel Date.  I cried most of the day, this morning literally on Joe's shoulder.  My neighbour asked if I wanted to go for a walk - we did and stopped for lunch.  Joe went to the library (he is a avid reader).
This evening, I went to my support group.  It was better, in that we talked about sibling grief - a lot of what they said could apply to my granddaughter e.g. grieving much later.
When I got home, I sat in front of the fire with a glass of wine (okay 2 glasses) listening to nature music and thought about Lisa's life and the good times we had.  I then wrote her a letter.
The fire has died.  And I am at peace.
