Liquid Diet

My surgeon's office called me on Friday. They are willing to schedule surgery for the 13th of December and pre op on the 12th. Started a 10 day full liquid diet yesterday. No sugar, low fat. So far, ok but tough when people around me are cooking and I smell something delicious. I just keep thinking about what i want and I know that this will get me there. Press on!  A note about Aetna, they will not answer my appeal until December 8, which is the full 15 days they are allowed to take to provide an answer. What a pain they are. They managed to deny my request in 6 days so I don't know why they need 15 do do it again! lol
