Like a Drug
I feel like she is a drug to me. when my mind is distracted and I am at home, I am ok. but here at work with nothing to mask the pain, I can't stop thinking about her.
I found some photos of her on my hard drive at work. I keep looking at them. I had blocked her number but she called me at work...I wrote the number down from the caller ID. All I want to do is call her.
This feels like a terrible withdraw with no end in sight.

I know this hurts.
One day at a time.
Sometimes a minute or an hour at a time.
Big hugs.
It will sometimes actually feel like you are dying, it can be that bad. But, it does lessen, it does get better. The important thing is that now you have an open wound, and you have to keep the bandaid on it, until it scabs over and then you can NOT pick at the wound, because it will only open back up. You got this! Like my sistah from another mistah said above one day at a time, sometimes a minute or hour at a time. Be Blessed.
