Lightheartedness

Hi DS Family,

I needed to be here more often but I was and continue to have major fatigue, IBS, and took many tests for possible cancer metastasis. CT Scan is all clear of new growths...

YAY!

However I have an aneurysm in my ascending aorta that grew and will see specialist soon. I finally am in harmony with my life as it is today. I have been doing a great deal of reading, writing, and applying the evolution of Spiritual work within. God's Grace keeps giving me Strength to be a Spiritual Warrior :)

I think of all here and keep you in my prayers as often as I can. We all have major challenges with this illness and we all have our peaks and valleys too.

My son hasn't changed except he has a new woman living with him and I haven't seen my three grandsons almost 6 months since last Easter. I think God is doing for me what I can't do for myself, which is keeping me out of my son's dramatic drinking life. I love him unconditionally and know he isn't well, so I continue to turn him over to God as per Alanon has taught me well.

The bipolar woman I was renting from left with one week notice and I was left hanging here responsible for all rent and all utilities that come with a house. At first I panicked. Then I saw the Gift of Grace that was given to me. My landlord let me have month with half the rent required to decode if I am moving out or staying with a roommate.

I have a very kind 43yr old male roommate that has disabilities too. God put us together under the same roof for a reason. He is younger than my son and has a fun sense of humor. So I am still pulling finances together to make this work.

I am getting another roomie in a bit for the tiny room I rented from crazy woman, so I can breathe and hopefully aquire a used car. It's rough living in Florida without a car...

we made it through Hurricaine Irma well. Lost power for only two days, just another gift from our Heavenly Father/Mother.

I miss my grandsons, but accept this is how it is now. I am Grateful for the roof over my head and my radical change in diet to keep cancer at bay. Keeping a lighthearted attitude gets me through all challenges and knowing with conviction I am with God and God is with me is freedom from worry and getting upset over my many limitations of the body. It is what it is, so I flow with life instead of fighting the cyclical waves of challenges we all deal with.

I have my moment and cry a bit for family, however I am healing and living a much stressless way of life.

I don't take anything personally except Grace that arises often. As I think, so I know I will experience life. So staying positive and calm in the storms of daily living is a treasure.

Hello, lovely. I'm so glad to hear from you. I understand that you have been too unwell to get on DS. I will be praying about the aneurysm. That sounds scary. I think it is a hidden blessing to be out of the drama of your son's drinking. I can understand how much you long for your grandkids, though. That's the hard part. I always love to hear from you. Your heart is pure and you seek the Divine with devotion. Love you.

Letting you know I read your journal. Wishing you the emotional strength needed to deal with the many stressers in your life. Wish I had more energy to write more. Sending positive thoughts your way.

I am so happy to be back to the best suppprtive group that exists.
I am doing many natural treatments to keep cancer in remission. It helps CFS a bit too but this monster doesn't ever let up. Warm embraces to you ladies above.
The aneurysm is a bit much, however I am dealing with it without panicking. After dealing with CFS for so long then cancer I am becoming a pro at accepting what this body does without my consent...lol

Seeking the Divine within has been my mission and the one gift illnesses actually give me.
I have missed you all so much and making it oRt of my routine to come here often and also be supportive, especially toward new members.
Gentle Hugs all around Dear Souls.

Namaste dear sister. I'm so happy to read your new journal and hear that things have improved and that your recent scans are clear. The next step will be treating the aneurysm. Keep us updated with that one. I was a little amused by the whole karma of the lady moving out and how it became your house. Kind of the landlord to help you too. Your new share mate sounds lovely. It's all a better situation all round. You are being looked after because of the beautiful soul that you are. So often we just need to have faith and maintain a spiritual consciousness and we are protected even when we can't see our way ahead. I think of you often and I know we are always connected. I miss you even though I have never met you. I do know that you are very special and have so many valuable realizations to share with us all. Much love ,light ,and all healing kindred soul.

Yes! I made it through Hurricane Irma in tact as well Di! :)
Just a few miles away in my county have been destroyed with flooding. I feel Blessed, for I Lost power for only 2 days.
My last housemate bought a trailor and most likely had to evacuate due to safety reasons. I don't wish her any harm, she was SOO afraid of the hurricane that was much weaker that hit us while living together I oils just imagine how she faired during this last monster storm. Karma can be uncomfortable...

A Yoga friend sent me the most beautiful chant to Hanuman (which also is they Lord of the wind) as you know. Is so beautiful..
Grandma hmmm I miss my grandsons but I will love on some kids that don't have a grandmother. Hope your little one is healthy and well.

Love ❤️ & Peace
