Lifting Fibromyalgia Symptoms

  I just found DailyStrength; it's amazing how people finally are genuinely seeking relief!   My goal is to find as many people as possible who have found techniques to relieve some or all the FM symptoms. I want company; I am tired of the loneliness of living without FM. Early in 1996, nearly everyday, I used visualization, deep breathing, journaling, positive thinking, relaxation, prayer for relief, etc. and continual reading about others with FM.  I used professional guidance to learn all the above and a counselor who taught weight loss and curb smoking techniques helped me lift all FM symptoms. The youthful energy I had (before FM) returned to me! It's been 12 years that I have not experienced FM.  In total: I suffered 16 years with FM.  For those interested, start with deep breathing for a few minutes each day. You will see a difference in circulation which improves so much of the body! You will feel a bit more alert each day!  Slow, good modalities make longlasting changes. For free, I coach others in working toward lifting Fibromyalgia symptoms.
