Life sucks

Today should have been a better day. I went to my doctor but I didn't tell him about my recent suicide attempt. He gave me prescriptions for my meds and I took them to the pharmacy. Anyway I don't have the money to get them filled so that was a useless trip. Theres so much that's needed with the twins' birthday coming and christmas and I can't do shit until the put me on the nurse registry so I can go to work. I give up it's just not worth it anymore.
