LIFE IS GOOD!!!!!!!!!
Well it's been over a month since I wrote anything, so I guess it's time for an update. Things are going very well here, I've moved AGAIN, but I didn't move far. The apartment right next door became available, and I like it much better, so I took it. On the other one, my front window was right behind the stairs, so it blocked off every bit of sunlight. I ain't a vampire, I need sunlight. This new apartment has lots of it, and it's on the end of the building, which seems to fit my spacial sense much better. Things are going well with the boyfriend. I had some pics of him on here for awhile, but I took them off because I hadn't asked him if I could put them up, and I decided that wasn't fair. I'll ask him someday, and repost them. He is such a wonderful man, and he tries really hard to understand my limitations. We're still working on that some, but at least he's willing to try. For the first time in about 5 years, I'm actually looking forward to Christmas this year, to spending it with someone that I care about deeply. We're not rushing into any major decisions, we just know that we love each other, and that's enough for now. As far as the MS goes, no news is good news. I'm still on Copaxone, (love the stuff) and haven't had any new problems since about this time last year. WOOHOO!!! I know all the stress I was under last year was 99.8% of my problem, and now I don't have that stress factor anymore, so I'm feeling so much better. I saw the neuro a couple months ago, and he is very pleased with how I'm doing as well. Last Christmas totally sucked, I did 3 rounds of IV steroids within 3 months, November, December and January. I feel so blessed and fortunate to be doing so much better this year. I'm even doing fairly well financially, I don't have much extra money, but I have a roof over my head, food in the fridge, gas in the car, so what else do I need? Well, ok, the Marlboro Lights, but I bought some today. I spent a total of about $125 for Christmas gifts, in my family we don't exchange gifts except for the kids, so all I had to buy for were my 2 nephews and Scooby. Norman is doing well, it took him a couple of days to get used to the new place even though it was just about 10 feet from where he was before. Now he's back to his normal nosey, obnoxious self, and still fat and happy. I've often thought I'd like to get another cat, but I really don't think Norman would like it. He likes being king of the castle, and I don't want to traumatize him or the other cat. If Scooby and I ever move in together, we'll have a hard time with Norman and HIS cat, whose name is PussPuss. PussPuss, Nikita, Kita, BabyGirl, whatever he happens to call her at any given time. But we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. I guess I better go for now, I haven't typed this much in a long time and my fingers are getting tired. Y'all have a great afternoon, and I'll write again soon.
