levinox question

So i have been taking levinox on and off for years. I have to take it for pregnancy. Well I guess there is a generic version that has came out within the last year because i  just got it when i got my pescription refilled. I have never has any side effect from levinox except for teh occasinal bruise for the injection site. Well today i used the generic one and i have a extremely sore knot about the size of a golf ball at the injection sight. It hurts to the point that holding ian on my hip puts pressure on it and it is very very uncomfortable. Have any of you taken this generic version? ITS only been on the market for maybe 9 month? Its called enoxaparin. I dont know if I should call the my doctor called my insurance company and say i need the name brand?

I have only taken Lovenox and heparin. Keep us posted. Could have just been this one injection hit something funny?

I have to take lovenox injections during pregnancy due to past pulmonary embolisms. So actually, the last month I was pregnant with Ava, June of last year, my insurance company would only cover that brand so that\'s what they gave me. I used it for only like 2 weeks, then I gave birth but I had no side effects. I was annoyed because they switched to generic AND it was more expensive. Lovenox is expensive enough as it is, even after insurance. I was thinking at the time I would not like this the next time I got pregnant. So yes, I would be very interested in any other comments about this.

I\'ve never even heard of that stuff but I would call your dr or insurance company yourself.
