Letting go of negative emotions!
Today I want to talk about my ex wife. Her bf watches me alot and I think he has learned from my example as to how to treat a woman, how to handle stress, how to avoid drama, and so on and so forth. Just everyday things that we all learn from experience.
So consequently, they are closer together, more so now then they have ever been. I have also been helping this situation out by telling him some pointers about what to say to her and what to expect for an answer.
I have been doing ok for myself, business is ok although I wish it were alot better. I wish I sold alot more of my inventory, and had to order more.
But anyway, that will come. I have faith and I believe that God has my back.
So today ex came through the door and started tearing the house apart, looking for her birth certificate. She thought I had it but I didn't and I told her that she took it away from me when we went through our divorce. So she is running around, looking like a chicken with her head cutoff so I told her to go to the town office and get a copy. She didn't know where it was, didn't know the phone number, etc etc. She is in panic mode and when she gets like this, everything is negative. Can't do this, can't find that, This will never work, you get my drift?
So I had to put on my father hat and take care of things for her. I looked up on the internet where the town office for her birth town was located and went over to get it myself. I go there, pay the $15, get it, come home and she is nowhere to be found. I called her up on the tele and told her I had it and she said after I left, she found it!
Apparently she tried to call me but the battery was dead in my phone. Ahh well, my fault, as always!
She was downtown to apply for a passport. Earlier she had told me that she won some contest from a local tv station and they only gave her so much time to get her passport. You need a birth certificate for that.
She won a trip for 2 to cancun, Mexico, airfare. hotel included. Don't know anymore specifics then that but I told her I was happy for her and I reminded her of the many times she said she was an unlucky person and could never win anything. She will be on tv and all of Maine will see her. I have to admit to being a little jealous but on the bright side, it will be just me and the dogs for however long they are gone! Being alone will be like a vacation to me and I admit, I am a homebody. Vacations away from home stress me out.
Now it's back to work for me. I have a few small orders to label and ship but first I will have a coffee and a light snack and run my 2 miles for the day. That is really, all that matters to me right now.
I was invited to Thanksgiving dinner at my exwife's neice's and I really don't want to go but I reluctantly said yes. Ex and bf will be there so I have to put on my happy face and pretend I am having a good time. It will be a good meal so I am kinda looking forward to that. I hope they let me take home some leftovers, they usually do.

Love you all!

Hi Bob, you\'re some kind of saint for being so nice to both of them. Glad that you will have some time to yourself while they\'re away.
