Lethargic and tired, more gaps in my day

Good morning journal, the time is 8:10am,I have been awake since 5:45am;I had a somewhat restful night, only waking twice.I have been sitting in my armchair now for almost two hours, having neither the energy,or the will,to move much.My body seems inexplicably heavy for some reason,my limbs aching, and my mind is very sluggish and slow.I have been very lethargic for the past few days, and I am still experiencing losses of time in my waking hours, sometimes I am aware of time lapses because I know I've been awake,at other times,I just can't quite recall if I've fallen asleep in my chair or not.I have decided that I must discuss this with my cognitive behavioral therapist on my next visit;it doesn't overly concern me,but I know it needs further investigation. On the plus side of the scale,I have been in touch with Jill,my representative from Citizens Advice Bureau, about my claim for disability living allowance, and she is handling it for me.I have also submitted a claim for long term sickness benefit, known in the UK as employment support allowance,so hopefully there should be some news in the next few weeks,we can only hope.I am happy with the progress I have been able to make on my novel;I am not going to hurry it in an effort to finish quickly,I will take my time until I am thoroughly satisfied with the end result. If I hope to have any success in publishing it on Amazon, then it must be readable and enjoyable to the buyers.I have called it "The Journey, seal of the four,"it is the story of four people bound together by a single purpose,to serve the mysterious father they are sworn to uphold and protect. As I do not wish to reveal the whole story journal, you will have to wait until I publish it.This morning,I am calm, but visibly shaky,my appetite has not been great, though I did eat a little last night.I seem to go through phases where my appetite will be okay for a couple of days, then diminish steadily for the next few days, when I am satisfied just to snack with a sandwich or cracker or two.I still have a raging thirst however, which no amount of liquid can quench, and I am left with dry, cracked lips, and a sandpaper consistency in my mouth and tongue.I know the side effects of my medicines can cause this, but it is nevertheless most annoying, and results in me not being able to pronounce certain words or phrases sometimes. However,I am trying to remain positive, there are other poor souls out there much worse off than I,so we will see what this day has to offer us journal,I will return when I am able, until then, peace, hope and gracefulness go with us.
