Letes make up for lost time

i  havent written in nearly a week because I have been so busy.SO much has happened and let me share with all of you the news about me and Brad.Brad and I have been looking for another place to live.It was getting so stressed for me that I nearly collasped.Plus my bank is Washington Mutual and when the news hit that they were bankrupt me and others here panicked.Noone knows what happens when a bank is taken over and let me share what happened to me.It was the beginning of the 70s.The 70s were not like the 60s.The 70s were crazy and so were some of its people.It is not an era to be proud of.I started to work for a small bank in New York.I worked in the bookkeeping department.It was just a nice little bank and I just loved it..until more tragedy struck.I did quit my job and went to school for the summer.I was at Gateway Playhouse in Bellport,Long Island.I was a drama school and it was wonderful..but I realized then that I just couldnt go to LA.I met a great deal of people.I came back to the bank.It was a good time as I was dating Fred.Every thing was a bit good.One day I went to work and there was a padlock on the banks door.We all began to pound and then a man came out.He told us that we couldnt work at the bank nomore.The goverment took it over.The bank was broke.It was over a very bad loan.One of the new officers gave a person a loan that exceeded the banks budget.The loan then was at least 1 million and he knew that the bank did not have the funds.Noone worked that day.I came home depressed.I was suppose to get paid.Noone had my check.We were told to come by Monday and they would know.WHen I went by Monday..I was told that the bank was still closed and everyone would get paid in 3 days to a week! I dont recall if I got my check in the mail.But it was a long time.I was broke.I had to look for another job.I had several jobs in my life and I only liked a few of my jobs.This bank was one of my favorite jobs and til this day..I just cant believe that people will take a risk with other peoples money when they do they do not have the funds or the means to repay it.The cats are meowing now.Kramer is scratching the legs of the table..so I have to go.But remember if you do work in a bank or a brokerage house..it would be smart to ask the health of the company.I never did at all.I didnt think.I was just so stupid in the 1970s.
