Let's try this again

I need help and i know it...i live in a small town that has no psychiatrist..only my pdoc. I have bipolar, ocd, cliinical depression an agoraphobia.  I'm currently taking a cocktail of prozac, xanax, zyprexa and Omega fish oil.  I feel like i'm doing ok..but I know i'm doing things that normal people don't do. I have a partner of 12 years...I am addicted to the computer...i don't hardly leave the house..so the computer is where all my friends are. I keep getting crushes on people...what a mess.   Anyone out there? I could sure use some friends.
