So on my anxiety cd its says let yourself have a attack dont fight it and i do fight it and cause tension im my back so half to learn this well past! Im not going to DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is what I do & have learned since 97. Same cds. Lucinda Bassette Attacking Anxiety I can have a panic attack, drive, talk on the phone, & deal w/ clients all at the same time. Good luck :)
