Les Miz

Today Geo and I went to go see Les Miz. It was great... I loved it! Geo even liked it and he doesn't like musicals. I think it was the lack of dancing that accompanies most musicals, and that it was a bit dark with the whole war thing. Geo was trying not to cry at the end. I was kinda getting there, but I was just more moved by the music. I've been a bit apathetic lately, and I think that's part of the reason I didn't cry. But it was an awesome movie, one I want to get on Blu-Ray when it comes out. 
Other than that, I had an okay day. I ate way too much- between the popcorn, McDonald's, some brats and an egg salad sandwich. I'm emotionally eating. That's dangerous for me. I'm recently beginning to see how much I eat out of emotion or because it's time for food rather than follow my body and only eating when I'm hungry. I need to learn to follow my body's cues. Oh well... I can only learn.
