left.... and it\'s right

I LEFT!!!I left him for good!  I feel so GREAT!!!So, today we got into a fight and he smashed a kitchen chair, broke the cabinet door on the microwave cart, threatened to burn down the house and everything in it, and threatened to kill Bob (our cat) so that neither of us could have him. So, as soon as he left for work, I called my dad.  He called my mom and told her to go to my house.  I called a lawyer, but she said she can't help me because she doesn't do domestic violence divorces.  She put me through to this guy named Blaine something-or-other (can't remember his last name).  But he wants $2,050 up front, then $200 per hour after that.  I can't afford that, and I don't know anyone who can help me with that.  The guy was a total jerk, I tried to explain to him that I have absolutely no money and that my husband refused to put me on the bank account.  He also said that my case isn't severe enough!!!  So I'm screwed in that department for now.  I'll have to wait on it I guess...He doesn't know yet that I'm gone.  He'll know when he comes home from work though.  I have to keep breathing deep to calm my nerves.   Oh well... (I'm still VERY worried about Bob)
