Lecture 10 and percentage scale

Lecture 10 was completed today. I flunked the exam a few weeks ago. Glad I'm not paying for it! I haven't been doing the homework, so that might have made a difference (ya think?) So I will spend the next few days catching up and keeping on with my homework.
