learning to let go

Letting go of ones you love is very sad and very hard, I never would imagin i would have to go thru something like this an learning to except it is probly the hardest thing you can do in life.
Just take your mind off by working or reading a good book. THE BIBLE HELPS...The biggest thing i found that helps is talking to the other half. YES it helps trust me without the arguing an screaming ofcourse it will....By all mean never bad mouth one another as i have i wont do anygood. KEY IS TRUST IN EACH OTHER AND NEVER STOP CARING
