LDN third dose

Still no change. I did have one interrupted night around midnight, but it  turned out to be my 6 yr old making noise, my husband snoring, and a little headache. Took ibuprofen and was abot to get back to sleep just fine.  My thorat seems a little worse yesterday and today. Pills don't go down as easily. No choking or anything though.  Legs are not stiff.
