Lazy Day!
It is overcast with more snow predicted for tonight into tomorrow.
I just got done planing some ash because I have someone coming over to look at it. Most of it is junk with hairlines that go all the way through. I was thinking I could talk her into buying my birch instead which is much better quality but I am too tired to plane any of it. In fact, I seem to have no life in me at all and I have to remind myself to breathe!
The most expensive wood I carry is cocobolo which sells for $39 per board foot on average. I don't carry much because it is so expensive. I had two boards left and just sold them to a Korean guy. That made my day at $98 per board. interesting wood that is. When you cut it, it changes color!
I was feeling sorry for myself this morning. But then I thought, I have all I need. I have a roof over my head, food to eat, why do I feel this way? It's sad I bet ya! Seasonal affective disorder!
Going to have a talk with my doctor when I can get there. Also going to put in an order for more coco. One of my customers said, when you go coco, you won't go back! They make guitars with it because of the acoustic value.

Try to get unders some good light, go to the Mall, walk around a bit - socialize with folks. You\'ll feel better :)

I live in the south and I\'m sometimes down because of lack of sun in the winter. Now if I could store some of that summer sun to use in winter I would be very happy.
I agree, Bob. Light is healing. They sell special lights to help those with the winter gloomies. I\'m pretty sure the Dr. can write a script for that, also. If that doesn\'t work, look for a way to help someone. It works wonders in getting me out of the dumps! Take care, my friend. ~ Karen

I was prescribed a blue light.( am using it as I type). It sure helps. Maybe you could speak to the Dr about it.?
