lay off the salt!
Hetrosexual male---but i still hate the SECOND set of bags under my eyes, like in some 1950s droopy dog cartoon.
Took a benadryl last night to sleep, so bags re-appearing from 2 days of salty snacks and canned pasta? Salt supposed to give you such a look.
And today at walmart blood pressure machine, a higher reading just from Sunday.
8 to 1041 this morning walmart walk---to show off my clean shaven face, after Sunday all bummy, and looked forward to checking out my blood pressure.
EVERYTHING IS ABOUT HAVING THE RIGHT ATTITUDE...? Walmart walk was ok for that zen? reason...vs loser me stuck walking 2 miles.
And, Walmart even had a bike chain today! A mere one, when zero for a week; somebody must have returned it!

Well, yes you need to watch the salt. My daughter and I have LOW blood pressure (used to run 80/55 typical) and we need to carry salt WITH us, in case we feel faint! Everyones different, huh? But Ive been increasing fluids and my BP is improving. Glad you got that bike chain. How are the cats today? See you later!
Maybe you\'re a \"metrosexual\". Nothing wrong with the gentlemen wanting to look good, too. Wish I had it in me to walk 2 miles a week, let alone a day! OUTSIDE, yet! But watch that salt intake!
CathyTN,
I think all those 99 cent chef-boy-ar-d cans of pasta are 99 % saturated fat, with 1 % flavoring.
Amazing how walking, on backroads, with cars speeding by, is suddenly scary to me---never thought that way biking.
Glad u got your chain. Roads scariest for me when I\'m on my horse. He has a mind of his own and cars and bikes do not!
thanks, TorjanThunder,
I don\'t think I\'ve ever riden a horse. Though, I did get bit on the chest by one, when i was a kid feeding one, at an amuzement park!
