Lay off

I got laid off which is sort of sinking in little by little.
Looking at the bright side.
Slept in, went to a women's meeting, had a nice lunch.
Cried a little last night off and on.  Had a nice salad and walk in the village and a good Al Anon meeting.
Just checking in in case I am unable to log in regularly.
