today I found out that Lauren died on my birthday...I thought she had died the day after. I don't want to celebrate my birthday because it will only remind me of my beautiful sister in spirit. I'm missing her a particular amount today. and I feel like a fat whale. Not a good day,

Ahhh Lauren. She sure has had a powerful impact on us all. We\'ve got to realize that she is still with us in spirit and she wants all of us to move on and GET BETTER. And I\'m sure she\'d say that you MUST continue to celebrate your birthdays, I just know she would!
Sorry hun, but i do believe that Lauren would want you to celebrate your birthday and not only that but you can celebrate her life and the impact she had on all of us. Im with you on the missing her, she was amazing.
