Late \'Riser\'
Im up ! its 2 pm ,i went to bed at 5.30 am whem it was light outside ,my sleeping patterns are all over the place.Since i went to councelling on thursday i have brought up some raw pain that has been inside me since childhood,my anx has been so sharp and cutting,but i know its part of the process and i need to go with it .Someday i want to have a family and feel happy so i keep that in mind to keep me going.I made friends with my friend i fell out with 3 months ago so that is good.Just having some distant memories of sex,i was forgetting what is was,guess it will all COME right in time !! thanks to my friends for the support its very much appreciated.
