Last "weigh-in" before surgery set date

Well tomorrow-Nov7th, 2013 I am going to my last weigh in...then I submit that doctor signature to the hospital who will do my surgery who will then turn those last 6 weigh in visits with my doctor's name on them to the insurance which then will approve....or disapprove of my surgery. Cross your fingers that this all goes quickly. I been doing exactly as instructed by doctors, insurance etc. the last 6 months to get this done-
