Last night went out to a Conference on weight lost

Weight lost Conference Last night in Montreal along with my father. The man giving the conference, is 32 years old, weighed 475 lbs at age 19.Now he weighes 150lbs.Great motivator, and speaker. His story was quite impressive. It was the best 2 hours spent in a long time. He as his own morning show on a french station in Montreal. The show is called SOS SANTE (HEALTH) The key is baby steps, one meal at the time. Hope all is well in DS Land. I'm feeling great, been out busy for 2 days now. Tomorrow, day off at home, but who knows, maybe something will come up, and I will have to go out again. Such a great feeling having this nice temperature, it gives me La Joie de Vivre. The will to Live. Good night and Good day, wherever you are in this world of ours. Mckenzie One day at the time.

Well yes after 12 days I do feel much better than that saturday when I had a bad reaction from taking my anxiety pills with the pain medication I have prescribed, but the anxiety pills are new to me, and didn\'t know they were so powerful, mixed with another kind.
Lesson Learn, never take 2 kinds of medication together, even though they are ok to take together, not at the same time may be different, like I did, and paid for it big time.

Ok nough said about that, Jimmy the speaker motivator was great.
At 19 after eating like a hog, laid in bed and listen to his heart beat, boom boom boom, then nothing, his heart stop..... then he felt himself kicking and hitting everything around him with his feet ect.. and then his heart started again.
Now that changed his life, that\'s when he said; I need to do some change, and he did.
Today at 32, he weighes only 150lbs, has his own television show, and participates, in a 3 day ralley, that starts with swimming competition, then biking competition, and finally walking marathon.
Throughout his journey, he had help many to lose weight, just by eating a normal healthy diet, and swimming, eventually walking and riding.
The key is to set a time line.
For example, he set us a time line of 365 days, to start eating healthy, and exercise daily.
Perseverance is the key word.

Hope you have a nice weekend my friends.
